Pounds Busted, Week 3

Pounds Busted this week: 0
Pounds Busted YTD: 12

I figured this would happen with an 8 pound lost last week. I'm going to increase my activity this week and hopefully report a loss again next Monday.

and remember - if you're still getting some exercise you may not be losing weight but you're converting some into useable muscle weight. you keep at it girl!
